The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Noorullah Gulsher Khan Rind Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Nazir Ahmed S/o Abdl Rasool by Caste Chandio, for the offence under section 337-Ai, 504, 506/2, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 427/2025 of PS Kamber City. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 20.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise.
