The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Rajab Ali Magsi Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Abdul Qayoom S/o Nazar Muhammad, Allah Dino S/o Ghous Bakhsh, Dur Muhammad S/o Wali Muhammad & Sultan S/o Dur Muhammad all by Caste Khoso, for the offence under section 302, 395, 114, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 84/2023 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
