The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Abdul Sattar S/o Muhammad Mithal alias Mithal by Caste Mugheri, for the offence under section 506/2, 447, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 338/2025 of PS Kamber City. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 22.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
