It appears that no incriminating material has been produced against the accused and the prosecution has failed to substantiate the charge. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the accused Zulfiqar Ali S/o Ali Bux Panhwar is hereby acquitted under Section 249-A Cr.P.C. on the suo motu grounds of this Court. The accused is present on bail; therefore, his bail bonds are cancelled and the sureties are hereby discharged. |
