Family suit called. The plaintiff and her counsel on the first call at 09:00am was absent, however the defendant in person was present. Matter kept aside for second call at 11:30am. The plaintiff and her counsel so also the defendant and his counsel are present in Court. The matter is fixed for plaintiff evidence as such the affidavit-in-evidence is already on record, however the plaintiff was directed to come in witness box for adducing the evidence but she refused straightway and said that she intends to withdraw the both cases pending and without permission of the Court went from the court and thereafter till 03:00pm (Court-timing) did not return or even his counsel, therefore, under such circumstances, it is clear-cut disobedience of the court proceedings which amounts "Contempt of Court", however, in order to avoid any adverse order or action, the matter is once again adjourned as last and final chance to the plaintiff side. Matter put up on 22.11.2025 for plaintiff's evidence. |
