Cr.M.A No.1759 of 2026 u/s 22-A 6(i) Cr.PC fixed at Sr. 11 of today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC System is taken up in open Court. Applicant and his counsel are present. DDPP for the State is also present. Incharge Complaint Redressal Center Ghotki ha submitted report through ASI Ghulam Mustafa Kolachi, which is taken on record. As per report, applicant has neither approached SHO P.S A-Section Ghotki nor SSP Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo. However, in report, it has been stated that there is money transaction dispute between the parties. At first instance, applicant is directed to approach SHO P.S A-Section Ghotki and thereafter SSP Ghotki at Mirpur Mathelo for redressal of his genuine grievance.
