This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Amjad Ali Abassi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Arbelo @ Arboo son of Ghahi Khan, 02-Saleem son of Sheral, 03-Sheral son of Ali Hassan all by caste Bhatti in Crime No.53/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence 506/2,504,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.11.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
