The R & Ps of this case are received from the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge, Kamber-Shahdadkot for disposal according to law. The matter is also fixed today. Sessions case called. Accused Akram alias Aajid is produced in custody from Central Prison, Larkana. ADPP for the State is present. Mr Sanaullah Gilal advocate filed vakalatnama on behalf of above named accused. Order on it. File. Today case is fixed for charge. Charge framed against accused at Ex.2. Plea of accused recorded to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial vide his plea at Ex. 2/A. This is off shoot of main crime No.12/2026 u/s 302 PPC in which today also charge framed. Put off to 16.07.2026 for evidence. UTP/accused sent back to custody with direction to produce him on next date. Issue BW to PWs and call for case property.
