R & Ps received from CJ&JM-I Hala by way of transferred. Case called. Accused Noordin is present on bail. D.C is present. ADPP is present. Charge framed against the accused at Ex---02, plea of accused is also recorded. He has pleaded guilty and claimed not for trial at Ex---02/A, respectively. Accused submitted an application at Ex---03 for pleaded guilty. Order passed on it. Issue show cause notice to the accused at Ex---04, reply of show cause notice have been submitted by the accused at Ex---05. Order passed on it. File. Accused is hereby convicted u/s. 243 Cr.P.C for the offences u/s. 431 PPC R/W 75 NHSCO 2000, sentence him till rising the court and impose fine for Rs.5000/-(FIVE THOUSAND ONLY), In case of failure to pay the fine amount, he shall serve sentence for 03 days simple imprisonment. The accused is present on bail. His bail bond stands cancelled and surety stands discharged. Note:- Case property as mentioned in column No.5 of charge sheet has already been released to the accused on superdari basis, hence the same is no more required in present case. |
