This matter was fixed on 14-03-2026, which was declared as holiday in pursuance of Circular bearing No. RHC/Gaz/Circular, dated: 11th March 2026 of the Honorable High Court of Sindh, received through Honorable District & Sessions Judge Matiari bearing letter No. DSJ/MTR/933/2026 dated: 12-03-2026, hence matter taken up today viz 16-03-2026. These consolidated suits are called today viz 16-03-2026. The plaintiff and his counsel in leading suit are called absent whereas defendant No. 01 in leading suit who is also plaintiff in subsequent suit is present but his counsel is called absent.
