This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has submitted by applicant Mst Sahil w/o Noor Ahmed by caste Chandio in person against SHO PS Drigh and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Inam Zaidi learned Civil Judge & JM-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Drigh and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 02.09.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
