This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Akhtiar Ali son of Alam @ Muhammad Alam, 02-Raja son of Akhtiar Ali both by caste Gopang in Crime No.394/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence 506/2,504,337-Hii,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 10.11.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Akhtiar Ali has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. While applicant/accused Raja son of Akhtiar Ali has failed to furnish the required surety. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
