Interim report in FIR in crime No. 206/2026 P.S Nasirabad called. The I.O/ASI Imdad Hussain is called absent. WPC Hubdar Ali is present and submitted final report against the accused Abdul Matten son of Allahdito Wahoocho who is shown on bail, while accused Abdul Qadeer and Sageer both sons of Allahdito by caste Wahoocho have been shown as absconders u/s 337-A(ii), L(ii), 34 PPC along with opinion and copies of documents. Order on it. Challan accepted. Register the case issued NBW against the absconding accused. The complainant and P.Ws Muhammad Haneef an Abdul Sattar are present. No. 03 to which pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial, such plea of accused recorded at Ex. No. 03/A. The deposition of complainant recorded at Ex. No. 04, FIR produced at Ex. No. 04/A, P.Ws Muhammad Haneef and Abdul Sattar at Ex. No. 05 and 06. The complainant submitted an application that he do not want to examine remaining witnesses and to dispose of the matter as per evidence brought on record. Order on it and is placed on record at Ex. No. 07. The learned ADPP for the State submitted side close statement at Ex. No. 08. Arguments heard. Judgment passed at Ex. No. 08 and announced in open Court. The accused Abdul Matten is acquitted u/s 245(i) Cr.P.C, he is present on bail, his bail bonds stands cancelled and surety discharged. The absconding accused are also acquitted in absentia.
