This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Saeed @ Saeed Ahmed S/o Koral Perzado, for the offence under section 452, 506/2, 504, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 421/2025 of PS Kamber City. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 16.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
