This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Akhtar Ali Lak Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Nale Mitho s/o Muhammad Ibrahim by Caste Kolachi, for the offence under section 354, 506/2, 337Ai, Fi, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 92/2025 of PS Sijawal. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 16.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers.
