This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Meer Jan son of Rasool Bakhsh Sakhani Chandio in Crime No.46/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence 9-(i)(3)(a)-CNSA. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 07.11.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
