Proclamation u/s 88 Cr.PC issued against all absconding accused and report u/s 88 Cr PC received from Mukhtiarkar Dharki vide his office Letter N0.SR/-1735/2025 dated.30.12.2025, it shows, that there is no any moveable or immoveable property in the name of all abconding accused persons and placed on record at ???..Ex.3. Order passed on it. All absconding accused are declared as Proclaimed offender. Let the case of absconding/ Proclaimed offender accused be proceeded u/s 512 Cr.P.C in their absentia.
