This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate on behalf of applicant Suhail Ahmed son of Nawab Ali by caste Gopang against SHO PS Kamber City and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Inam Zaidi learned Civil Judge & JM-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Kmaber City and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 01.09.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
