This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Azam Hulio Advocate on behalf of applicants/accused Inam @ Inam Ali, Ali Gul both sons of Muharram Ali @ Suhno Faqeer & Muharram @ Muharram Khan @ Bablo S/o of Inam Ali all three by Caste Chandia, for the offence under section 337Ai, 506/2, 504, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 22/2025 of PS Shaheed ASP Fateh Hayat Mekan. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 16.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused have not furnished their required surety. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
