This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant Aziz Ahmed son of Ghous Bux Brohi against SHO PS Mirokhan and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Sadique Ali Brohi learned Civil Judge & JM-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Mirokhan and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 01.09.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
