This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Gulzar Ahmed Brohi Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Hassan Ali @ Muhammad Hassan S/o Mithal @ Muhammad Mithal by Caste Chandio, for the offence under section 402, 399, 324, 353, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 100/2025 of PS Waggan. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application is fixed before this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 12.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has not furnished his required surety. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
