This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ali Asghar Mugheri Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Wazir @ Hasno S/o Sher Dil @ Leemon Khan by Caste Mugheri, for the offence under section 353, 506/2, 224, 225, 147, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 121/2024 of PS Kamber City. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 12.12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished his required surety. Notice to DPP for the State, complainant & call for police papers. |
