Case called. Accused are present on bail. Learned ADPP and defense counsel are present. Copy of police papers is supplied to accused as Ex 1. Accused has submitted an application for framing of charge today as they travel long for appearing before this Court. Order passed thereon. Allowed in the interest of justice. Charge against accused persons is framed as Ex 2 and their pleas are recorded as Ex 2-A and 2-B respectively to which they pleaded guilty. Accused persons have also submitted an application for pleading their guilt and consideration of mercy. Simultaneously, accused persons have been served with show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C to which they submitted their replies that are taken on record. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused are convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and imposed fine of Rs 3000/- each. In case of default in payment of fine amount, he shall undergo SI for one fourth of the imprisonment. |
