DC is calleed. Complainant is present. Accused is present. Today matter fixed for hearing on DC but at the meantime, complainant moved the statement u/s 248 Cr.P.C for seeking permisison to withdraw the complaint. Perused the record, hence sufficent ground exist to withdraw the complaint hence permisison is granted. Hence complaint is withdrawn u/s 248 Cr.P.C. Accused is hereby acquitted u/s 248 Cr.P.C. Accused if present on bail, his bail bond stand cancelled and surtey is discharged. |
