Case called. Accused Asghar 2-Jabar 3-Muhammad Hussain 4-Irsahd and 5-Asif are present on bail, while accused Zulfiqar 2-Ashique, 3-Sattar 4-Afzal and 5-Akash are absconding as per challan sheet. Proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C is returned by Process server PC Khalil Rehman and his statement is recorded at Ex.2, he produced proclamation, endorsement, publication and mashirnama at Ex.2/A to 2/D.
