This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Yousif Magsi Advocate on behalf of applicant/accused Zubair S/o Abdul Sattar by Caste Lashari, for the offence under section 381 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 241/2025 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to .12.2025, for confirmation or otherwise.
