Case called. Accused persons namely 01. Shaikh Muhammad Bilal 02. Muhammad Usman Faisal 03. Muhammad Aijaz 04. Hussain Ashraf 05. Muhammad Muneem Khan are absconding u/s 512 Cr.P.C. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Process server is called absent and did not submit the execution of NBWs report issued against the absconding accused persons. The I.O / ASP Nida Junaid is present. Verification report has been received from the NMC of dated: 30-03-2026 its contents prima facie shows that the I.O / ASP Nida Junaid has submitted the forged documents on 24-03-2026 before this Court for vacating her show cause notice which was issued by this Court on 19-03-2026. The said I.O / ASP Nida Junaid has submitted her reply of show cause notice on 24-03-2026. Issue Show Cause Notice u/s 198, 417, 471 PPC R/W 195/476 of CR.P.C. as to why the legal action shall not be taken against you. The show cause notice has been received by the I.O. / ASP Nida Junaid. Matter is now fixed on 08-04-2026 for formal / reply of show cause notice. Issue NBWs against the absconding accused persons. Note: The further order on both show cause notices could only be passed after reply of Show Cause Notice u/s 198, 417, 471 PPC R/W 195/476 of CR.P.C. as per law. |
