Cr.M.A No.1694 of 2026 fixed at Sr. No.8 of today???s cause list generated from CFMS-DC System is taken up in open Court. Applicant and his counsel are present. DDPP is present. The private respondent No.1 is also present. SIP Muhammad Aslam Rajput of P.S A-Section Ghotki is also present. Heard. The record has been perused. Detailed order passed and pronounced in open Court on separate sheet. Applicant and private respondent No.1 are real brothers. There appears private dispute between them. The subject matter between the parties is exclusively of civil nature. However, counsel for applicant has shown concern that time again official respondent No.1 arrest or apprehend the applicant and then keep him in wrongful confined at the behest of private respondents. The report of official respondent No.1 on the other hand negates the allegation of the applicant and has assured that no illegal harassment will be caused to applicant. The present SIP Muhammad Aslam Rajput is directed to provide necessary legal protection to applicant, as and when required strictly in accordance with law and not to commit excess of powers against applicant at behest of private respondents. With such observation and direction, instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application u/s 22-A 6(iii) Cr.PC stands disposed of. |
