Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/-rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 31.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
