The warrants of arrest issued against the Plaintiff's witnesses namely (1) Akhtar Shaheen, S/o Taj Hussain, and (2) Qamar Farooq S/o. Taj Hussain have been returned served according to the bailiff's report. SIP Muhammad Arif Malik of Police Station Pakistan Bazar also appeared with the service report of the bailable warrants.
