Received criminal miscellaneous application from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant is absent. His counsel and ADPP are present. Arguments heard. Order passed and announced. Consequently, based on judicious assessment of material brought on record I am of firm view that undeniably present applicant along with his brother is nominated as accused in FIR Crime No.51/2026 thus he made a foul attempt with malice to kneel down the proposed accused through criminal proceedings which means that he did not come with clean hands and this is not a fit case for direction to SHO concerned to record applicant???s statement in terms of section 154 Cr.P.C, hence application stands dismissed being meritless.
