Applicant Irfan Samoon is present alongwtih his counsel Mr. Kundhar Khan Waqasi. Reports have already been received from SP Complaint Cell and SHO concerned. Proposed accused is present alognwith his counsel Mr. Irfan Ali Rahujo. Arguments heard. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open Court. Application disposed off with directions to applicant to visit the PS. The SHO of concerned PS is bound to record his statement of applicant and lodge FIR against the proposed accused. If during investigation it appears that no offence has been taken place and the applicant has recorded a false FIR, then appropriate proceedings be initiated against the applicant in accordance with law. |
