The HOnourable PO is on casual leave. This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Zulfiqar @ Zulfiqar Ali, 02-Imran @ Imran Ali, 03-Papan @ Sarfraz all three sons of Ghous Bakhsh Tunio in Crime No.134/2026 of PS Waggan for offence U/S 458,504,148,149-PPC. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 30.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted.
