This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by advocate Mr. Mumtaz Ali Jessar on behalf of applicant Mst. Hawal d/o Rehmatullah Tewno against SHO PS Dera & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Saeed Ahmed Shaikh learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner to conduct raid at PS Dera and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release therm on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 27.01.2026. |
