I, therefore, stop the proceedings of this case without pronouncing judgment either of acquittal or conviction. Consequently, the present accused Sarfaraz S/o Nazeer Ahmed Tunio are released on the same surety and the surety would remain intact for a period of three months while the other accused namely Zulfiqar S/o Mehrab Ali Sodhro & Shakeel S/o Nazeer Ahmed Tunio are already declared as Proclaimed offender.
