This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Fahad Memon advocate on behalf of applicant Aamir Hussain son of Muhammad Mithal by caste Khoso against SHO PS Bahram and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Sadique Ali Brohi learned Civil Judge & JM-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Bahram and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainees, they to release them on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 24.08.2026 at 08:30 am without fail.
