This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Raheem Bakhsh son of Talput, 02-Agha Khan son of Gul Muhammad, 03-Ubedullah son of Laal Dino, 04-Hakim @ Bilawal son of Tawakal @ Hakim Ali, 05-Roshan @ Roshan Ali son of Noor Muhammad, 06-Majid Ali @ Majid son of Hadi Bakhsh, 07-Khan Muhammad son of Ramzan @ Muhammad Ramzan, 08-Fareed @ Faraz Khan son of Gullan @ Gul Muhammad all by caste Umrani in Crime No.48/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 324,337-Hii,427,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to .10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have failed to furnish the required surety. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
