This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Ayoub Khanzada advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Shaqib, 02-Ghazi both sons of Fayaz Hussain by caste Jagirani in Crime No.24/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,504,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court. Put off to 18.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have not furnished the required surety.
