Received Criminal Miscellaneous Application u/s 22-A (6) (iii) Cr.P.C from the court of Honourable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicant is absent. His counsel and ADPP for the State are present. Arguments heard. Order pass??d Cr.Misc.Application in hand is allowed with direction to official respondents to provide legal protection to applicant and her family subject to law and rle without interfering with or influencing their civil/family rights or personal issues, if any and also to ensure that no harassment or interference be caused or police help be provided to either of parties in respect of alleged civil/family dispute. Needless to say that this order will not mean to prevent police authorities from taking legal action against applicant or any member of the family if found involved in any criminal act/offence.
