Arguments heard. Order passed and announced in open court, as per order, the request of applicants for lodgment of FIR is refused. As regards legal protection, for that it is stated within the application that though applicants approached respondent No.1&2, yet it was not extended to them, being constitutional right of every citizen, is allowed issuing direction to respondent No.2 to ensure the same to applicants in accordance with law under intimation to this court within seven days of receipt of this order.
