Work is suspended due to the strike observed by the District Bar Association, Matiari. The matter called. The plaintiff was called absent, whereas her learned advocate was present. The defendants were also called absent. Notice issued to defendant No. 1 has been received back duly served. However, notices issued to defendants No. 2 and 3 have been received on their behalf by defendant No. 1. A separate order on Ex.5 has been passed.
