This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faheem Akhtar Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Akbar son of Ghulam Hussain, 02-Abdul Hameed son of Muhammad Ibrahim both by caste Chandio in Crime No.88/2026 of PP Derra PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 302,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
