Order passed on it. In the light of above statement of SIP Shafiq-ur-Rehman of P.S. Baloch Colony the accused has concealed himself from his lawful arrest and despite of notice surety has also failed to produce accused before the Court though repeated opportunities have been given thus surety violated the conditions of his bond. In the given circumstances, surety bond has been forfeited in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as penalty imposed on surety. The surety is directed to furnish surety amount within fifteen (15) days with the Nazir of District Karachi (South) and in case of failure by surety the Nazir is required to realize the surety amount in accordance with law in the Government Account/Head. Moreover, I am satisfied that the attendance of the accused cannot be effected in near future, hence he is declared proclaimed absconder.
