The Presiding Officer is on earned leave. The accused, Shahid, is present on bail. He states that he had appeared before the Court on the last date of hearing; however, due to the strike observed by the KBA, he was prevented from entering the City Court premises. The learned ADPP for the State is present. The prosecution witnesses are not in attendance. Today, due to strike by the KBA, the case is adjourned to 14.09.2026 for recording of prosecution evidence. Let summons be issued to the remaining prosecution witnesses. |
