Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Faheem Akhtar Chandio advocate on behalf of applicant Riaz son of Ali Muhammad by caste Buriro against SHO PS Khabar and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Sadique Ali Brohi learned Civil Judge & JM-I, Shahdadkot is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Khabar and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 20.08.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
