This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Bakhshal @ Muhammad Bakhshal Khan, 02-Nizamuddin both sons of Sodho @ Haji Sodho Khan, 03-Muhammad Ibrahim son of Muhammad Yousif, 04-Naveed @ Naveed Ahmed, 05-Nadeem @ Nadeem Ahmed both sons of Bakhshal @ Muhammad Bakhshal Khan all by caste Jatoi in Crime No.67/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence U/S 337-Fii,506/2,504,114,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 27.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
