This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Zameer Ahmed Solangi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ismail @ Muhammad Ismail son of Abdul Ghani, 02-Zahoor @ Zahoor Ahmed son of Shoukat @ Shoukat Ali, 03-Rashid @ Rashid Khan son of Gulab, 04-Abdul Ghani son of Shoukat @ Shoukat Ali, 05-Abdul Aziz @ Kajlo son of Mullan Mashooque @ Abdullah, 06-Masoud Ahmed son of Muhammad Sadique, 07-Zulfiqar @ Zulfiqar Ali son of Muhammad Ali all by caste Jatoi in Crime No.26/2026 of PP Lalu Raunk PS Waggan for offence U/S 302,337-Hii,109,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 27.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
