The R&Ps of instant matter received by way transfer from the Hon???ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi due enhancement and revising pecuniary limits of jurisdiction of Sr. Civil Judges vide notification No.Gaz/XVI-A-127 Dated 01st March 2025. Case called. None present on behalf of plaintiff. While Associate of learned counsel for defendant No.1 is present and waived court motion notice. Rest of defendants are absent. Court motion notice returned a/w report of bailiff which is seen and placed on record. In the interest of justice matter is adj. to 08-01-2026 for hearing of parties/all pending CMAs.
