The Honourable PO is on casual leave. This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sanaullah Gilal advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul sattar son of Arbab @ Arsallah, 02-Asad son of Abdul Sattar by cate Khoso in Crime No.56/2026 of PS Mirokhan for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,504,111,147,148,149,506/2-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 22.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
