This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Memon advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Liaquat Ali son of Meer Hassan, 02-Himath Ali son of Ali Hassan both by caste Brohi in Crime No.02/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 506/2,504,147,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 20.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, call for police papers. |
